Modern society has extended life expectancy due to the development of science, and is self-sufficient in changing the working environment and increasing leisure time 52 hours a week in preparation for old age through a lifelong career against changes in the demographic structure due to declining birthrate and aging There is an increasing need for lifelong education in the blue and middle ages for development. However, the space and programs that follow the increasing number of learners each year are not being used efficiently and do not perform their intended function. In addition, the number of closed schools and idol school facilities that have been neglected due to the social and technological changes of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the decrease in the school-age population is increasing. As a result, there is an increasing need for refurbished designs for recycling idle facilities. Idol school facilities have high access to the residential area and are basically composed of educational spaces, and by reusing existing facilities, the financial resources required for expansion and contraction can be reduced. In this way, the utilization of idol school facilities is a necessary issue in the present era, and the publicity, playability, and connectivity derived from the characteristics of reproduction design expression when planning a space in a lifelong learning center are applied. It is possible to minimize damage and economic loss due to indiscriminate removal, and to make new spatial changes necessary for local residents. Therefore, it can be seen that the reproduction design is an appropriate flow of the present age, and it is effective to apply the expression characteristics and expression methods of the reproduction design utilizing the idle facilities in the city to reproduce. Therefore, based on this research, we hope that research on spatial reproduction that applies the expression characteristics of reproduction design will be continued.
