In the case of global OEMs, in order to efficiently manage the functional specifications of a number of vehicles, an integrated standard functional specification is produced, distributed to partners, and developed by itself.
The integrated standard function specification consists of the system and functions that compose it for each controller unit, and each function and system form control logic from inputs and outputs of various signals required for operation.
Each vehicle specification is created and managed from the standard specification as the variant or vehicle type, which consists of a functional specification that composes each system, and input and output data including hardware, communication, and internal signals.
OEM release it to partners and the Partners develop the control logic and circuits and deliver ECU to OEM.
When data is extracted, if the consistency of relatively large amounts of input and output data is not consistent, side-effects may occur in the developed logic, and if a large amount of unused communication signals are added because the correct signal DB cannot be extracted, Memory-Overflow 2) occurs, which causes system performance to deteriorate.
In particular, recently, automotive ECUs use many communication network signals, including CAN, to exchange data for processing and implementing functions of large amounts of sensor data such as autonomous driving.
Therefore, to improve software quality, such large amounts of data should be managed efficiently. This study aims to optimize input/output data and provide accurate signal data to partners through efficient management of such large amounts of input and output data and verification of the consistency of signals exchanged between systems.
