This study aims to construct the alternative education based on K-Pop. Delphi survey on a panel of experts was chosen to be the main methodology for this study, drawing the main factors of constructs for alternative school model of K-Pop-based. From May. 20 to June. 25, 2020, a three-round delphi survey was implemented to collect data. A panel of twenty experts were involved in this survey. For statistical processing, descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation were carried out along with internal reliability test on the survey instrument. The main findings were as follows : First, the delphi research on the required item for possibility as an educational tool suggested encourage understanding and pride in Korea culture through lyrics; increase confidence by inducing interest and interest in the educational tool itself; experience the production process of K-Pop directly to promote collaboration, responsibility, and career setting etc. Second, the delphi analysis on possibility as educational outcome suggested creativity and convergence; acquisition of artistic literacy and professional skills through the use of various K-Pop contents etc. Third, the delphi analysis on possibility of learning motivation suggested self-expression tool that can radiate the overflowing energy of adolescence in a healthy way; tools of communication with peers; relieving emotional stress as a big part of youth culture leisure life etc.
