The purpose of this study was to investigate which variables affect the lumbar muscle strength, muscle activity (RMS), and pain index (VAS) of middle-aged women by regularly conducting a balance core exercise program using body roller props for 8 weeks. A total of 18 subjects were selected from the balance core exercise group, 9 subjects, and the control group 9 subjects. In the measurement items, maximum lumbar muscle strength, muscle activity (RMS), and muscle fatigue (MF) were measured, and data were collected and analyzed according to a predetermined procedure using the pain index (VAS) scale as a psychological factor, and the following conclusions were drawn. Got it. The balance core exercise program resulted in a great improvement in the strength of the lumbar extensor muscles in the ratio of the flexors and extensors. This result is a fascia relaxation exercise method that self-massages the entire body using a body roller tool using abdominal breathing rather than resistance exercises such as elastic ball exercise, Medex exercise, and elastic band and sling, which strengthens lumbar extensors to reduce back pain. It turned out to have a positive effect. If the balance core exercise program is applied as a core exercise for strengthening lumbar muscle strength and muscular endurance to severe patients or elderly people with low back pain in the future, it is positive for back pain patients due to muscle loss such as sarcopenia, which occurs somewhat after middle age. I think you can get the effect.
