The purpose of this study was to suggest the directions of development on vacational education on the center for pending problem and reformation of Technical high school. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the study problems were as follows: a. What are the today`s actual conditions and pending problems of the technical high school education? b. What is the solution in the face of problems of the technical high school education? c. What are the directions of development on vocational education in technical high school? Research methods employed in this study were a review of the related literature, interviewing and the advice of specialists. The conclusions obtained from this study were as follows: The major reason for the crisis of the technical high school education is why the government carried out enterprise-based policy; it means that the policies are not concentrated on the work conditions of small enterprises where students will work after their graduation but on the process of employing and education students for them. Therefore we need policies that are covering the types of job, pay level and work condition of these enterprises. Besides, it needs new ideas for combination of school member`s effort and inventional education, starting business education and etc. It will be helpful for national policy to normalize the technical education when the efforts of making substantial education and managing quality of curriculum are accompanied.
