This study is a complex exercise+half bath, to find out how it affects job stress and total antioxidant function in office women. office women consisted of 80 minutes of exercise three times a week for a total of eight weeks, and the following conclusions were drawn based on the results of dividing them into a exercise group and a control group. First, the job stress of office women participating in the complex exercise+half bath showed a statistically significant difference by showing decreased results in active oxygen and α-amylase. In addition, as a result of repeated measurement variance analysis, free radicals were found to have an interaction effect at the time and time*group, and α-amylase had an interaction effect only at the time*group. Second, it increased in the total antioxidant function of office women participating in complex exercise+half bath, but did not show statistically significant difference. In addition, as a result of repeated measurement variance analysis, it was found that there was an interaction effect only in the time*group. Summarizing the contents of the above results, we concluded that complex exercise+half bath changes body shape, improves job stress, and improves total antioxidant function in office women. This complex exercise+half bath is thought to be a form of exercise that changes lifestyle more positively, and if you want to increase the duration of exercise and change intensity to see more effect, you can lead a healthy life.
