In this study, the purpose of the da Vinci body board exercise was to determine how it affects lower body balance and stress factors. The change in pelvic tilt decreased after exercise in the exercise group than in the control group, showing a statistically significant difference, and there was a significant difference according to the measurement period. There was no significant difference between groups, and there were significant differences in the timing of measurement and the interaction effect between groups. Changes in knee tilt and α-amylase decreased after exercise in the exercise group, showing a significant difference, and increased after exercise in the control group, but there was a significant difference. There was no significant difference between the measurement period and the group, and there were significant differences in the interaction effect between the measurement period and groups. The change in active oxygen decreased after exercise in the exercise group than in the control group, showing a statistically significant difference, and the difference according to the measurement period and group did not show a significant difference. There were significant differences in the timing of measurement and the interaction effect between groups. From the above conclusions, it is thought that the Da Vinci Body Board exercise is very effective for middle-aged women, and it helps to balance the lower body and reduce stress, thereby preventing mood change and various lifestyle-related diseases.
