The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the cultural and art education for adult. For this purpose, pre survey and Post surveys were conducted in the cultural and art education programs supported by KACES and paired t-test were conducted with data of 290 samples. The results of the study are as follows. As a result of the pre-post analysis, it was found that adults who participated in cultural and art education improved culture arts sensitivity, self-expression, happiness, and self-esteem and the specific effects were different according to gender and age group. As a result of the recognition analysis, it was found that the learners perceived that cultural and art sensitivity, cultural and art familiarity, self-expression, communication skills, self-esteem, empathy ability, and happiness were all improved through cultural and arts education, Based on the results of this study, it is expected that extended research and policy discussions would take place in the future.
