This study attempted to investigate the effects of rapport and exchange relationships on organizational commitment among beauty industry workers. 240 people were sampled and a survey was conducted. The results found the following: First, average subjects’ rapport was 3.79. Second, according to analysis of subjects’ exchange relationship, the overall exchange relationship was 3.58. In terms of overall exchange relationship and leader-member exchange relationship by educational background, college graduate or graduate of graduate school was relatively higher than high school graduate or junior college graduate. Third, according to analysis of subjects’ organizational commitment, overall organizational commitment was 3.25. Organizational commitment was relatively high in men. It was higher in 40s than in 20-30s. College graduate or graduate of graduate school was relatively higher than high school graduate or junior college graduate. Forth, according to analysis of correlations among rapport, exchange relationship and organizational commitment among beauty industry workers, the results found the following: In terms of the effects of rapport on exchange relationships, rapport with leader and rapport with peers showed a positive correlation with leader-member exchange relationship with statistical significance. Rapport with leader and rapport with peers showed a positive relationship with teammember exchange relationship with statistical significance. Furthermore, rapport with leader and rapport with peers had a positive relationship with organizational commitment with statistical significance. In exchange relationship, leader-member exchange relationship and team-member exchange relationship also showed a positive relationship with organizational commitment with statistical significance. It was confirmed that rapport and exchange relationship have an influence on organizational commitment with statistical significance.
