The object of this thesis is to study how wellness of beauticians make an impact on their quality of life, and to provide basic materials to improve their working environment and quality of life scale for the workers. This thesis shows that as a result of exploring wellness’s impact of quality of life through survey on beauticians in all areas of Korea, mental quality makes positive impacts on their ability to handle situation, identity, philosophy, physical strength management, medical knowledge, a way of thinking, volunteering, health management, personal relation, and social quality improves their ability to handle situation and personal relation, and physical quality causes harm to their social volunteer work. It is expected that quality of life and satisfaction of beauticians will be significantly increased when a system for them is established so that they can be satisfied with their job and benefits at their workplace, industry and home, when job loss and complaints are minimized so that they can promote self-improvement continuously, when the concept of reward for outstanding workers is formed and reservation system is actively operated so that they can get much free time and get satisfaction in their lives with improved wellness. In addition, it is considered that this satisfaction will make quality of life of beauticians better and help them provide higher quality service to their customers and increase their work efficiency. We hope that more studies on beauticians will be generated constantly based on the result of this thesis. And we also expect that this thesis will be used as basic material and more results will be supplemented later, leading to constant research that can be used to make their lives better.
