21C as a public leisure era in terms of the increase in spare time and culture, personal enjoyment and increase the cultural consumption trend for constantly. Therefore, as a new growth engine industries, cultural services industries are established.
The purpose of this study the perception of service quality and its impact on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction is to see the impact on customer loyalty. This study, for the purpose of these studies use the covariance structure analysis of the empirical analysis carried out by the following conclusions. As a result of the quality and quality of service of three dimension interactive quality is customer satisfaction is affected in a positive (+), and does not affect the quality of that interaction. And the largest and most influential on customer satisfaction, service quality, customer satisfaction as being the result of quality but also customer loyalty affecting a positive (+).
