The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of the parent-child relationship and emotion on aggressive behaviors To serve this purpose, 351 students from Dance Class were recruited to prove a causal relationship between variables based on the parent-child relationship, emotion and aggressive behaviors. A convenience sampling method was used for choosing the subjects of the study. For analyzing the data, frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, t-test analysis, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were conducted. Presented below are the findings from the analyses. First, there seems to exist a significant difference between commitment , a subfactor of parent-child relationship and direct aggression, a subfactor of aggressive behaviors corresponding to the participation level of dance class. Second, the findings from the analysis of the causal relationship between parent-child relationship and emotion showed that intimacy between parent and child, which is a subfactor of parent-child relationship, is proven to have a great impact on emotion. On the other hand, while intimacy and strictness negatively influences emotion, commitment has a positive effect on emotion. Third, the outcomes from the analysis of a causal relationship between parent-child relationship and aggressive behaviors found that intimacy and respect , which are subfactors of parent-child relationship, do not affect rebellious aggression, while commitment and respect have a huge impact on direct aggression. Finally, the results from the influence of emotion on the aggressive behavior showed that positive emotion , which is a subfactor of emotion, does not affect rebellious aggression, whereas negative emotion significantly influences rebellious aggression and direct aggression.
