The purpose of this study was to show the effect of university students’ happiness factors on the exercise emotion and the school life healthiness. For the purpose, 185 university students were chosen for the subject by convenience sampling method and the results from the subjects were analysed with the analysis of frequency, exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression anlaysis by using SPSS18.0. The result was as follows. First, university students’ happiness on the exercise emotion was that achievement orientation affected on the positive emotion and had no effect on the negative emotion. The relationship with the opposite sex affected on the positive emotion and the sociality factor, appearance orientation factor affected on the negative emotion. Second, the achievement orientation affected on relationship of teacher, the physical environment of the school, the rule of school and academic activities. The major satisfaction factor affected on the relationship of teachers and friends, the appearance orientation also on academic activities. Third, the effect of the exercise emotion factor was that the positive emotion affected on the achievement orientation, the major satisfaction and the relationship of the opposite sex, the negative emotion had no effect on achievement factor, but affected on sociality. Overall, the university students’ happiness depending on the interaction between the regular physical activity and the cultural physical curriculum was the important factor for explaining the exercise emotion and the school life healthiness.
