Despite the necessity of educational training, it would be necessary to study the degree of efficiency assessment in educational programs and the factors affecting such assessment to maximize continuous support of the management and educational effects. In particular, it would be so due to the fact that there have been no researches on whether the specific organization system of cooperative association such as community credit cooperative could affect the efficiency of educational training.This study classified the factors affecting the efficiency of educational training(response assessment & learning assessment) as demographic and individual characteristics in terms of individuals and organization-oriented and organization-environmental characteristics in terms of organization and measured how they could affect the efficiency of educational training in community credit cooperative.The results of this study were as below: first, there were differences in the efficiency of educational training depending on the demographic factors such as age, academic background, professional careers and positions. Second, there were no differences in the efficiency of educational training in accordance with the organization-oriented factors such as the scope of asset, number of staff and management ranking of Community Credit Cooperative. Third, there were some differences in the efficiency of educational training according to individual characteristics such as learning motives, self-efficacy and job involvement. Fourth, there were some differences in the efficiency of educational training in accordance with organization-environmental characteristics such as inner and outer resources.
