Korea needs active technology exchange with foreign countries to streamline and promote technological development and market exploration. A survey on economic, industrial and small business policies and status information needed to establish a technology flat groove TKTEC based on the G2G in order to facilitate technology exchanges between the two countries. Technology has enabled developing countries to introduce and absorb advanced technologies to expand their own development capabilities and enhance their industrial structure. With increasing exchanges and migration between the two countries entering the 21st century, tourism is the surplus of Thailand and the trade of goods is the development of the public development aid, including the development of surplus Thailand. The government or public institutions in developed countries refer to the gift and concession loans that are given to developing countries with a focus on improving economic and social development and welfare in developing countries. The donation is to provide cash, goods and services to developing countries without any conditions for repayment, also known as free aid. Has been on the increase since 2008. To raise the value added to the industry, it is necessary for Thai companies to upgrade their technological innovations and nurture the parts industry.
