The aim of this study is to investigate the requirements of students, teachers, and parents regarding the establishment of a Natural History Museum (NHM). The study investigated constructional necessity of NHM, subjects of visitors, and contents and forms of exhibits. The results are as follows: First, most people respond that the NHM should be constructed. Second, the highest response is that the subjects of exhibits and special and education programs should be geared towards the elementary, middle, and high-school students. Third, ecology, environment, and animals as exhibit contents are preferred, while the others are dependent on age. Forth, the practical experience and diorama as exhibit forms are preferred, and the dynamic program forms such as experiments, observation, and camps are preferred as opposed to the static forms such as lectures and workshops. Fifth, most respondents emphasize that exhibits should be interesting and special and education programs should be presented in the practical experience form. In addition, people tend to consider the quality and variety of exhibits and special and education programs as more important criteria than the quality of the museum management.
