This paper is to examine the perceptions of middle school students of alien plants and animals. 128 middle school students participated in a questionnaire on a 5-Likert scale(score range from 1 to 5, 1: strongly disagree, 2: disagree, 3: common, 4: agree, 5: strongly agree). It consists of 20 items in five domains; introduction of alien species, risk of alien species, management and counterplan of alien species, investment in counterplan of alien species, and participation in precaution of invasion of alien species. Perception of middle school students of alien species was not more than common level. Findings of this research results showed that middle school students have perceived to consider introducing alien species to protect indigenous species, to counterplan to manage them, whereas they didn't have a strong volition to participate in acting counterplan of alien species. And, this study suggested that it should be to instruct alien species in biology education and environmental education.
