ABSTRACT In modern society, managements are required to have higher level of moral responsibility and at the same time, an ethical management is the one of important facts to evaluate the organization's value. Thus, it cannot be emphasized that the ethical leadership is significant to hotel managements. Especially, the ethical leadership is highlighted in the hotel industry because the human resource is an initial recourse of hotel business as well as an organizational effectiveness. Therefore, this research will study relationship among the demographic characteristics and an employees job satisfaction, an organizational committment, and a job performance through demographic analysis. It will contribute to maximize an efficiency of human resource management and to provide a valuable data to enhance organization's competitiveness in the market. Through reviewing the previous studies and conducting an empirical analysis,the results are as follows. First, each element of demographic characteristics which are "male", "married", "30s", "full-timer", "having an associate", "5days work", "monthly income of between 100 and 200 million won" had high score. Second, the male were more connected with the ethical leadership than the female were. Third, the elements which are "high school graduate", and "monthly income of between 400 and 500 million won" were influenced by internal factors to rely on the job satisfaction. Also, "the teenager", "high school graduate", and "monthly income of between 400 and 500 million won" were affected by external factors to be related with the job satisfaction. Fourth, the elements which are “40s", "high school graduate", and "monthly income of between 400 and 500 million won" were more connected with the organizational commitment. Finally, the elements which are “40s", "high school graduate", "5days work" and "monthly income of between 400 and 500 million won" were more connected with the job performance. If the organizations in hotel industry secure an efficient human resource management system through tracking and analysing of employees' job satisfaction and stability based on this research continuously, it would help enhance employee's job concentration and help employees provide high quality service to customers. Consequentially, the hotel will gain a competitive advantage over rival hotels.
