The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational effectiveness and customer orientation according to mindfulness of hotel employees. For the hypotheses testing, frequency analysis, reliability and validity analyses SPSS was used while AMOS was employed to examine the relationship among the measured concepts. The findings were first, mindfulness of hotel employees in deluxe hotels have a positive effect on the organizational effectiveness. As hotel management is important for human resources management due to its labor intensive characteristics, the hotel organization "s performance depends on the psychological situation of employees. This will increase the degree of commitment to job satisfaction and organizational commitment by the psychological situation of the employees, thereby enhancing the customer orientation that can contribute to the creation of new customers as well as the maintenance of existing customers. In particular, the results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has the highest number of path coefficients for customer orientation. This is a result of showing that the satisfaction obtained by performing the job at the hotel is filled with the intention to transfer to the customer. In addition, organizational effectiveness has a strong influence on customer orientation, indicating that it is the most important factor to be managed for the final result.
