This study was conducted on how the food tourism hygiene affects the satisfaction of the cooks and nutritionists. Population is decided by internal customers group, meal was set around Daegu catering cuisines, nutritionists sample is 173, and parts SPSS18 was performed.
It was revealed that the management of sanitary poisoning should be strengthened for safe group food tours. In addition, efforts are needed to manage sanitary conditions with an emphasis on the operation of cooking equipments, while satisfying internal customers. The satisfaction level of internal customers was less than that of nutritionists.
This study provides a fundamental implications for the food tourism organizations to prioritize prevention in operating the catering of food tourism.
