This study is about the effects of physical environment of hotel cooks on environmental intelligence and job performance within five star hotels in Seoul. A total of 273 usuable were obtained. The survey was from 5, February in 2015 to 25, February in 2015. The collected data applied to SPSS 18.0 program in examing the hypothesis. According to result, firstly, the work environment from physical environment was effected on recognition emotuin and emotional emotion. Secondly, work environment from physical environment was effected job satisfaction and job ability. Thirdly, recognition emotion from emotional intelligence and job performance however, the emotional emotion was nit effected on job satisfaction. As the result show that the hotel kitchen environment is very significant factor for improving cooking production efficiency. Therefore, suitable equipments and facilities are essential for the hotel kitchen environment. So, the hotel organizations should consider the work environment as well as emotional emotion such as payment and promote.
