This research goal is to examine the factors of multicultural receptivity for university students. To reach this goal I defined multicultural receptivity as the universalism value and examined how much universalism value influenced by gender, inclination of ideology,cultural exchanges experiences between korea and the other country,good will for immigrant. As the universalism value in the established study was proved openhearted attitudes for minority groups in Korea society, it was defined as the substitution concept for multicultural receptivity. The concrete question for measuring it is the opinion to help beneficiary of social welfare who are poor comparing with that of us. The research method was approached to quantitative method and used intentional judgement sampling among non-probability sampling methods. The analysis method to get the research result was operated on the multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis result for multicultural receptivity influenced by cultural exchanges experiences between korea and the other country or not, good will for foreign laborers, good will for North Korean refugee was appeared as statistic significance on it. On the other hand, gender, inclination of ideology,living foreign at next door or not, having foreign friend or not, good will for migrant wives were not mainly statisfically influenced on the multicultural receptivity.
