The senior management of facility services that may be emerging in the coming aging society issues. The purpose of the study was the preparation. Operational improvements in preventive services for elderly dimension, which is the coming aging society. and look at the existing problems in the prescribed dimension and to contribute. Methods are kept in mind, seniors facilities and improve operational services. I propose separately. That practice models to derive consumer and provider location from which the need for operational improvements. First, the elements were composed of systematic information, the supplier location, route, cost, facilities, etc. Second, the consumer was configured based. Treatment, which is currently utilized as indicators for elderly services, health, life, cognitive level it was by ADL & IADL. Third, practice model was constructed by improving operational, policy, utilization, cost models presented, such as life satisfaction status. Results of the study to the end to contribute to the preparation. The need for operational improvements, quality of services for elderly enlargement, to reduce costs. In addition, it suggested. 73% of empirical indicators. Finally. Results of the regression analysis are as follows. Entry is a direct impact on the suppliers (42%), a practice model (15.8%), and the beneficiary admission is required to protect participants (15%). Therefore, comprehensive results include (72.8%). It can be seen to affect the direct and indirect.
