The purpose of this paper is to attempt a new interpretation about human cloning. At the heart of human cloning is the underlying fear that religious confidence and traditional value system may be violated. From the theological viewpoint, these arguments hold that human cloning is an endeavor to pursue immortality, playing of God and violate the order of God's creation.But the creation of God was “Creatio ex nilhilo(creation from nothing)” while the art of human cloning is creation from something. Therefore, man as created co-creator absolutely depends on God for his existence and can responsibly participate in the creational process of human history. Therefore, when we consider the human cloning technology as a supplemental technology for the preservation of God's created world, it can be possible to be for the good cause to enhance God's providence and human well being.These are the points for regulating and issuing warning for minimizing the danger or harm from human cloning technology. First, attempts at eugenics must be prohibited. Eugenics programs separate the sorts of people who are desirable and those who are dispensable through the desire of selfish interests involved in them.Second, commercialization must not be permitted. If commercialization is involved, the pure motives of research disappear, and biotechnology unavoidably would go in the wrong direction.From the perspectives of biocracy, we must respect and enhance the integrity of life before God.
