This study investigated the correlations among job performance, job attitude, and customer orientation of school meal dietitians to facilitate human resources management for enhancing job performance of people who are working for school meal. The mean of job attitude was 4.96, and job performance and customer orientation indices were recorded at 5.07 and 5.63 from dietitians. The relationships between job performance and job attitude has 46.2% explanation, and the job performance has significantly effect on the job attitude. It indicates that the higher the duty execution and organizational role are reveal the higher job attitude among dietitians. The effect of job performance on their customer orientation has 52.1% explanation power, and the degree of duty execution, team role, and the organizational role have statistically positive effect on the customer orientation. These findings show that the job performance of dietitians has an effect on the job attitude and customer orientation as well. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among nutritionist job performance, job attitude, and customer orientation. Therefore, these results will contribute to improve the service quality of the food service and to improve the attitude of the nutritionist, job performance and customer orientation.
