The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of perception of organizational politics on knowledge sharing and organizational commitment. To identify the purpose, survey method was employed and tatal 250 participants were used for statistical analysis using SPSS 21.0. Resulst are as following. First, political reward policy had a negative effect on knowledge sharing, and organizational behavior and general political behavior had a positive effect on knowledge sharing. Second, political reward policy has a negative effect on organizational commitment, and organizational behavior, and general political behavior have no effect on organizational commitment. In addition, results found that knowledge sharing proved to have a positive effect on organizational commitment. In other words, if the organizer perceives the political atmosphere within the organization and it is difficult to immerse in the organization, it can be seen that the motivation and the act to share or to devote individual competence are lowered. Therefore, it is necessary to manage and try to prevent the stress of the organizational politics through the systematic and fair personnel management system.
