This study is an analysis of the trend and view on the taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment, based on internet material and native study.
First of all, the internet article mostly deals with the news of instructor’s employment, as for taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment. Concretely, the contents are mostly the education for taekwondo leader foster, the way to help taekwondo specialist employed and dispatched overseas, and ‘the contents of mutual cooperation concerning instructor dispatch’. The article not concerning the instructor doesn’t appear on internet. So, the opinion is suggested that information has to be supplied and that employment procedure has to be known about the overseas jobs except instructors.
As for the inquiry and counseling related to taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment written on internet blog, mostly the contents were related to taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment. They wanted to be employed as instructors as well as to immigrate abroad. It was a limitation that the specialists couldn’t but be employed as an instructor, though they wanted to immigrate abroad. That is, the field and scope concerning taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment has to be expanded as soon as possible.
In our country, the study about the persons majoring in taekwondo is not executed so many. As for the study trend, the studies were progressed, concerning the ability, behavior and anxiety of the persons majoring in taekwondo due to employment and concerning the education program for overseas employment improvement. The study was not enough, concerning the kinds, success case, employment procedure, and development strategy. The study applied actually was not so many.
A for the trend, based on the contents described on internet material native study, first, the kind was not presented at all, concerning taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment field, second, the field and scope were only the instructor, concerning taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment. Third, the actual material was not so many, concerning taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment and information supply.
Last, the views described as follows in order to improve taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment. First, it is necessary to expand and apply employment field of native takwondo. second, the other kind has to be searched, except taekwondo employment which links employment centering physical education. Third, the propelling and fruits of the study to be publicized on-line and off-line, related to trusted subjects and policy subjects about employment field expansion, application, and efficiency of employment in native taekwondo field. Fourth, on the basis of native case, overseas employment strategy and method have to be found. Fifth, in the level of Kukkiwon or the Korea Taekwondo Association, taekwondo specialist’s overseas employment has to be propelled with active concernment.
