This study targeted to tourists who has visited to Jeju island to identify impressions of Jeju local food and impressions of tourist zone by examining the impact of Jeju food impression on the impressions formation of tourist zone, to attempt to propose ways to make Jeju food a tourism resources. As a result, Impression of Jeju"s food effects to tourist city by traditional impressions(.317) and local impressions(.301) which is an impression of tourist spot- kind city impression by clean impressions(.110), local impressions(.195), menu impressions(.327), distance impressions(.203)-city of public relations by clean impressions(.255), traditional impressions(.149)- recreational city impressions by clean impressions(.255), clean impressions(.259), menu impressions(.164), distance impressions(.179). This turns out that in order to enhance the impressions of tourist area to Jeju"s local food, it"s necessary to improve Local impression and clean impression. It showed that the impact of tourist areas on the tourist satisfaction influenced by tourist city .238), city of public relations(.429), and recreational city(.222). For the satisfaction of tourists, it was found that if city of tourism, city of public relations, recreational city among the impressions of a tourist city has enhanced then tourists" satisfaction has increased, specially shall enhance fame, reputation and simple ways to get information, constructing clean accommodations and enhancing publicity effect in city of public relations among tour city impact.
