In this study, emotional labor and exhaustion are theoretically established, and emotional labor and exhaustion are analyzed. The analysis of the factors of organizational efficiency and the importance of customer satisfaction service has been proposed recently to find out the emotions of department store restaurant employees, exhaustion of job commitment, and turnover intention. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, Hypothesis 1 analysis shows that affects of emotional labor, emotional dysfunction, and internalization are negatively affecting job exhaustion among department store employees. Second, the results of hypothesis 2-1 showed that "job exhaustion" of department store restaurant employees had a negative effect on "organizational commitment". Hypothesis 2-2 showed that employees" "Job exhaustion" had a positive effect on "turnover intention". Third, the analysis result of Hypothesis 3-1 shows that "emotional disharmony" affects "job satisfaction" and "internalization behavior" affects "job satisfaction", And "surface behavior" was not significant.The analysis results of Hypothesis 3-2 shows that positive emotional incongruity and internalizing behavior affect positively on turnover intention among the emotional labor factors of restaurant workers, "Surface act" did not show any sign of "turnover intention". Based on the results of the verification, it can be concluded that the emotional labor of the department store restaurant employee leads to a decrease in the corporate performance, This will have a negative impact on the effective operation of the enterprise. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on maximizing organizational commitment by recognizing the importance of emotional labor and strengthening the scope and level of job exhaustion
