This study investigated from April 20, 2016 to May 22 A total of 320 questionnaires were distributed, data were processed using a statistical analysis of the appropriate 300. Third, organizational effectiveness and the hotel employees were multiple regression analysis. The results of regression analysis of the three independent variable power (β = .476, P <.01), role (β = .478, P <.001), human (β = .260, P <.001) is dependent analysis was defined as having a significant impact for gender relations variable organizational effectiveness. Fourth, two-stage regression coefficient value accounting of the cost factor is 0.476, and 0.249 in the case of three steps shown motivation showed that the partial mediating effect. The results Hotel practitioners will need to be progressive in order to motivate employees to settle the effectiveness of the organization``s corporate culture.
