The purpose of this study is the transformation of the hotel industry leadership and superior Leader and exchange relationships between members, In addition to identifying if there is a relationship between self-efficacy and exchange relationships between leaders and members, And to identify transformational leadership and self-efficacy to adjust the effect according to the moderating role of the exchange relationship between leaders and members. Questionnaire was used to 324 parts (95.2%) in the final analysis, Analysis of the data collected method was utilizing the SPSS 20.0 statistical package program. The results of this study, Firstly, Four sub tests charismatic dimension, it was analyzed that having an individual consideration, intellectual stimulation and inspiration enemy leaders such as motivation and positive impact on the exchange relationship between the members of transformational leadership. Secondly, Exchange relationship between the analysis of the relationship between the leader and members exchange relationships with leaders and members of self-efficacy was analyzed that have a positive effect on self-efficacy. Thirdly, Depending on the leaders and members of inter-exchange between transformational leadership and self the analysis of the moderating effect of efficacy was analyzed that appear moderatingeffect on the successful experience factor relationship of the factors of the exchange relationship between the leader and the members of transformational leadership and self-efficacy, Moderating Effect of exchange relationships between members and leaders for transformational leadership influence on the vicarious experience factor can be seen not appear sound.
