This study is aimed to investigate the differences of career-seeking behaviors and self-efficacy of career decision of college students. Also, by combining quantitative research and qualitative research, we examined the career service needs according to career development level. In Study 1, 540 college students were surveyed about career maturity and needs, followed by cluster analysis and one-way ANOVA. In Study 2, the qualitative analysis was conducted after conducting 1:1 in depth interviews with 11 subjects. There were 4 clusters with different career development levels (open, optimistic, anxious, confident) according to the career decision and comfort of college students. According to career development level of college students, the difference of career decision level, career seeking behavior, and career decision self –efficacy were significant. And the required career services were also different. These results imply that differential career services and treatment are required to college students and in consideration of career development level, suitable career program should be provided.
