The various teaching methods to improve communicative ability have been tried. Nevertheless, because of the limit of EFL environment, the deficiency of classroom English ability and the absolute shortage of teaching time, we have had the difficulties and limit in English education on the field. As the one method to get over this limit, after applying the strategic classroom English to the elementary experiment groups, comparing with the comparative groups, I investigated their degree of satisfaction and the quality of teaching in class, according to how much they understand teaching by the observational evaluation. The evaluation score of the experiment class becomes higher than that of the comparative class. The above experiment shows the usage of the strategic classroom English helps to improve the quality of class. The evaluation score difference after observing in a classroom shows that when a teacher uses the strategic classroom English, the mutual interaction between a teacher and students, among students, becomes very lively and active, then the progress of classroom activities by a teacher becomes very easygoing. When the teaching is not understood, there is a big difference in the quality of teaching and the degree of student’s understanding. By the above experiment, I think the usage of teacher’s strategic classroom English may give an positive effect on the improvement of class.
