This study is a survey research aimed to examine the job Contents, depression, and stress reactions of university sexual harassment counselors. The results of the study are as follows. The examination of job demands, a sub-factor of job specifications, according to socio-demographic characteristics, showed that job demands were high among researchers that were ‘unsatisfied’ or ‘moderately satisfied’ with their places of work. Job autonomy was shown to be high among those in their 50s that were religious and majored in nursing or counseling. Depression was high among those who had ‘less than 5 years’ of counseling experience, were ‘unsatisfied’ with their ‘places of work’, and specialized in ‘other majors.’ Job demands were positively correlated with job autonomy(r=.187, p=.043), gastrointestinal disorder recognition(r=.272, p=.003), a sub-factor of stress reactions. Depression was positively correlated with gastrointestinal disorder recognition(r=.349, p=.000), muscle pain(r=.343, p=.000) and the former was positively correlated with the latter. The results of this study indicated that university sexual harassment grievance counselors’ depression and stress reactions were high when their job demands were high. Therefore, this study is meaningful as a basic study to promote follow-up studies.
