The testes were 7 male persons of professional weight training at health clubs, and 7 male persons who have exercised weight training for less than 3 months. They exercised 50% of standard metabolic rates and 1RM and 80% of intensity, and then drew blood after exercises. The results are as the following. Next tests were conducted about blood lactic acid density and carbon dioxide changes. Blood lactic acid density significantly increased(p<.001) when the testes both at the under 3month group and 2year+ group took exercise of 50% and 80% of 1RM standard metabolic rates, while, for differences between groups when taking different amounts of exercise, displaying a significant increase(p<.05) when the testes at the 2year+ group took exercise 50% of 1RM standard metabolic rates than those at the under 3month group. Carbon dioxide displayed a significant increase(p<.01) when the testes of the under 3month group took exercise of 50% and 80% of the 1RM standard metabolic rates, while displaying a significant increase(p<.05) when the testes at the 2year+ group took exercise of 50% and 80% of the 1RM standard metabolic rates. For serum enzymes LDH and CPK, LDH displayed a significant increase(p<.05) when the testes at the 2year+ group took exercise of 50% of the 1RM standard metabolic rates, while the testes at the 2year+ group displayed a significant difference(p<.05) than those at the under 3month group, the testes at the 2year+ group also showed a significant increase(p<.001) when they took exercise of 50% of 1RM standard metabolic rates than those at the under 3month group. On the other hand, CPK did not display any significant difference between the two groups.
