This study was to observe the effect of walking, listening to music, and watching TV while exercising on the treadmill on lactic acid, CPK, LDH, and heart rates and for this, 12 males were divided into 3 groups (the walking group, the music listening treagroup, the TV watching group), and after treadmill exercises were administered, the following results were gained.
1. With changes in lactic acid, there were no significant differences in any of the three groups.
2. With changes in CPK, there were significant increases (p<.05) in the music listening group during exercise and directly after exercise compared to before exercise and with changes in LDH, there were no significant differences in any of the three groups.
3. With changes in heart rate, there were significant increases in all three groups during exercise and directly after exercise compared to before exercise (p<.05).
When these results are observed in total, of changes in blood fatigue variables caused by walking, listening to music, and watching TV while exercising on the treadmill, there were no significant differences with changes in lactic acid, CPK, and LDH, and heart rates, there were noverifies significant differences according to walking, listening to music, and watching TV while exercising on the treadmill. In the future, continuous research will be needed to see how the removal of music listening and TV watching affects exercise performance during different exercise duration times at various exercise intensities.
