Report Errors
The purpose of this study is to analysis changing of core isokinetic muscular strength and muscle activation according to core Stabilization training in national judo athletic. Subjects were participated sixteen women judoist and university judoist and separated such as core training and control. Results as follow; First, Result of core training for 12weeks using CENTAUR 3D equipment was that there was significantly improve on isokinetic muscular strength. Second, There was significantly change on Rectus abdominis, Latissimus dorsi, Multifidus, backbone erector which are most important during judo technique. These result mean that positive effect to muscle improvement for having command of judo technic. Furthermore, follow-up study is required injury occurrence rate according to long-term core stabilization training and continuous study about core training for basic training date in similar event athletic.
