It is an important problem in terms of both duty and theory how to grasp the convict relationships of violation of the speed limit of the traffic laws being carried out continuously both timely and spatially. With regard to this issue, in case of a violation due to continuous driving on the highway where automatic speeding enforcement devices, there is a problem when a picture is taken and/or the driver is arrested. Eventually, in this case, the problem at hand is whether if the violation of the speed limit is enforced in one spot, the numbers applies to another. Regarding the convict relationship of violation of speed limit under traffic laws, it is thought that the results of understanding as partial crime or inclusive crime, but when in this perspective, it is undeniable that there is a single problem. This especially can happen in the case of being arrested by an automatic speeding enforcement device. In case of punishment as an inclusive crime, the target should be the most heaviest violation, but then this should be carried out after confirming all the behaviors composing the inclusive crime. However, it is almost impossible to process that much massive and automatically caught speed violations, and so it can be said that there may have been an idea of trying to avoid this irrationality in understanding this as a concurrent crime, and it can also be said that this is an actual evidence of concurrent crimes. In the case of opinion on the irrationality that occurs from processing as an inclusive crime, it is not an argument about the convict of violation of the speed limit, but fundamentally this is the same problem as well, and an opinion worth focusing on. However, it is a separate question of limiting the judgment based on short commands, and if it were to lean towards concurrent crimes because of the troubles of processing paperwork on speed violation, this can be said to be a problem, and can be thought as opposing to the status of speed violation. Therefore, solving this irrationality is a problem that should be solved with the technical efforts of how to accurately grasp heavy speed violations, and a reformation of the functions of office work is expected.
