The purpose of this study was to examine that structural relationships among perceived social support, customer satisfaction, and relationship maintenance, relationship recovery, relationship extension of school sports club participants. The questionnaire for this study was disseminated to middle"s 400 students. 46 questionnaires were excluded because they were not applicable. There were 354 usable subjects. In order to determine whether the questionnaire was valid and reliable, exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach"s alpha coefficient were examined. To prove the hypothesis of the study based on the sampled data, The Structural Relationship was conducted using the SPSS WIN 15.0 and AMOS 7.0 program. The following was the results of this study. First, support of friend had a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Second, support of teacher had not a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Third, support of parent had not a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Fourth. customer satisfaction had a significant influence on relationship maintenance. fifth, customer satisfaction had a significant influence on relationship recovery. Finally, customer satisfaction had a significant influence on relationship extension.
