This study was aimed at reviewing the conditions and development of the multi fairy tales as contents of the electronic books. In order to construct a stable market for the rapidly growing multi fairy tale industry at its initial stage, it is necessary to improve its revenue/expenditure structure, produce perfect works and differentiate the multi fairy tales as the independent genre of electronic books. The problems of the multi fairy tales may be presented as poor profits and imperfect productions. These two problems seem to be inter-related with each other. In this regard, the reform measures for promotion of the multi fairy tales may be suggested as follows; First, it is required to positively support the multi fairy tale businesses suffering from financial problems. Second, it is necessary for our multi fairy businesses to transfer their production systems to such nations supplying cheap labor forces as China and Southeast Asian nations to save the production costs. Third, in order to create added values effectively, it is necessary to introduce the `OSMU` marketing technique which allows for systematic planning, marketing and distribution. Fourth, it is also necessary to make use of the domestic professionals to produce diverse and perfect multi fairy tales. In short, if the multi fairy tale markets should be promoted, the adults` electronic book markets will soon be activated.
