The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects of jump exercise and swimming administration on BMD and Sirt1 protein of skeletal muscle in wistar rats. 5-week old 15 male wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups : control group(n=5) and jump exercise group(n=5) and swimming exercise group(n=5). All rats were fed with the same amount of food intake and allowed free access to tap water. Jump Exercise training was performed at 100th/day, 5days/week and swimming exercise training was performed at 1hour/day, 5days/week for 8weeks. End of the experimental period, rats were sacrificed, blood was drawn and low limb bones and several organs were removed. Exercise has been suggested to promote the expression of Sirt1 skeletal muscle increased bone strength. In order to sufficiently exhibit the training effect, that there is a need to consider a method in consideration of the magnitude of the gravitational force it is suggested according to the purpose. These results suggest it is considered that it has become possible to examine the change in the expression level of Sirt1 due to differences in the exercise condition in more detail by increasing the number of samples.
