The purpose of this study was to examine structural relationship among job satisfaction, organizational commitment and innovative behavior for sport for life time sports instructors and then on the ground of the result. it was provided mean to the sports organization & sports center company with basic materials for human resource management strategy. The subject of investigation is the sport for life time sports instructors who is joined sport for life time sports instructors’s workshop in Gyeongnsang-namdo and Jeolla-namdo province. Utilizing the 167 samples were finally analyzed by using convenient sampling method. making use of SPSS Windows Ver 15.0 and AMOS 7.0 program. the following conclusion as the result of collecting statistics in accordance with this kind of study methods and the purpose of analysis of materials. The results of this study indicated that First, job satisfaction had a significant influence on emotional organizational commitment. Second, job satisfaction had a significant influence on continuous organizational commitment. Third, job satisfaction had not a significant influence on innovative behavior. Fourth, emotional organizational commitment had a significant influence on innovative behavior. Finally continuous organizational commitment had not a significant influence on innovative behavior.
