The purpose of this study is to represent and to analyze expert experience for PE teachers of Early Childhood by using the method of narrative inquiry. The participants of this research were selected three professional playful activity teachers. The main materials were the collected stories through in-depth interviews, and it was analyzed by five steps; attending, telling, transcribing, analyzing, and reading. Each individual experience and story of the three participants was reconstructed to the live context through the researcher`s describing and it resulted in three voices. The voice noticed the process of becoming a professional playful PE teacher. For three participants, becoming a playful PE teacher was a experience of technical work however they were not prepared as experts for anything: attitude, knowledge and skill to be needed teaching playful activities for children before their participation in the educational field. Generally, before entering the educational situation as a teacher they have to acquire expertise but every participants experienced it during the process of their teaching. Through the analysis of those teachers` experience, it is concluded that providing expertise curriculum to playful PE teachers for early childhood is the basic difficulty in general education field of early childhood.
