The purpose of this study was to analyze pre-service elementary school teacher`s negative perception factors experienced in PE classes, and to propose the better direction for PE classes. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 30 students attending in G University of Education were selected for objects in this study and data were collected through open-ended questionnaire and in-depth interviews. As a result of the analysis, this study have classified the negative perception factors of pre-service teachers in PE classes into ``fear of PE classes``, ``PE teacher`s neglect of duty``, ``meaningless PE classes``, ``Safety Accident on classes``, ``traditional teaching style(rolling out the ball teaching)`` The proposals of better direction for PE classes reached through the aforementioned theme are in the following. First, PE teachers should adopt the strategies such as ``confidence-inspiring``, ``overcoming the fear`` through differential group learning. Second, PE teachers should encourage students to perceive PE classes more meaningful time and lead them in direction of life participation on sport. Third, PE teachers should more focus on the process and practice of PE classes activity than the result of it, and be fully aware that using compliment is better way than discipline.
