The propose of this study was to establish strategy of operating facilities by analysis of customer character.
To perform this proposes, this research used Focus Group Discussion and based on secondary literatures.
The conclusion of this study were follows.
First, the teachers's notice and consultation about small children education were standard of reliability from parents of children. So, teachers and parents of children need relationship. Parents of children were interested in sports activities in English. In this case, parents of children wanted English native teachers. The parents of children worried about systems of sports activities-centered. To solve it, the programs needed intelligence and art education.
Second, small children facilities could replace the kindergartens to use kindergarten programs in the morning. Small children could bring over demands of small children with kindergarten and the lower elementary students to use the specialized program. parents of children preferred time zone( 9:00～12:00AM, 3:00～5:00PM) for their children.
Third, parents of children were worried about small children's facilities. So, facilities need substantial management about safety like a medical specialist, safety guard of shuttle bus.
Forth, the parents of children seemed to be willing to pay minimum 400,000 won for small children's sports facilities(mixed kindergarten programs, sports programs and English courses) according to the reorganization of small children's sports facilities. The parents of children could pay 600,000 won like English kindergarten.
Fifth, the parents of children thought that shuttle buses were essential factors to decide sports facilities. So, the shuttle buses running need to relation with department.
