This study relates to guidance on creativity of juvenile dance and its purpose is to enable children to develop their latent powers through creative dancing education. Children constantly move, and such movement promotes their growth and mental development. It is said that the most important problem with juvenile dance is a lack of creativity. Particularly the dance education should be so provided that children can leam to express themselves through more creative method of education. However, actually its contents have been concentrated on technical and functional aspects. Therefore, this study attempted to find the intrinsic meaning creativity and examine the methods of guidance after describing the methods of expression by creative bodily expression. As a result, children learn basic motions that they have to master before expressing dancing techniques, and then the process of creation. The process of learning creation will result in creative movements through the guiding process of expression. This study presented the detailed guidance steps with the motion teaching method for guiding these creative expression activities determined as one theme (nature-snow). The guidance steps include observing and recording activity summaries(expressing the change of nature with motions) and goals(characteristics of shape, motion and behavior, and overall feeling), continuously telling children about things that may occur in snow, and accordingly guiding children so that they can move spontaneously. Creativity in juvenile dance can be most developed in the childhood, so further studies on the method of guidance for creative bodily expression of children should be made.
