This study aims to develop the summer package that can be most suitable for the customer. For this reason, customer`s determinant attributes and their level utility were analyzed through conjoint analysis. The determinant attributes of hotel package were surveyed by referring to documents of package, hotel package and determinant attribute of hotel. Of these attributes, four main determinant attributes and two or three attribute levels for each determinant attribute were chosen for conjoint analysis. Eleven model package were made using fractional factorial design, and presented to the customers, who were asked to reply in the order or their like. Also demographic and situational characteristics were investigated to see the personal characteristics of the subjects. The samples of this study were extracted at random from the customers of two hotels. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed to do frequency analysis, conjoint analysis using SPSS Win 10. The results show that the comparative importance of determinant attributes was varied according to demographic and situational characteristics, and the characteristics of customers were also varied according to hotel package. The result of conjoint analysis shows that the most important attributes for customer were in the order of room, F&b, price, health facility. This result is different from the existing studies, in which price is the most important factor.
