The purpose of this study was to examine the effects which the period of camp training effect the sociability of players. So as to attain the goal like this, this researcher sampled 100 persons at 5 teams in exercise department which is executing the long-term camp training and 100 persons at 5 teams in exercise department which is executing the short-term camp training, and sampled 50 persons at the lst grade in S boys` high school and 50 persons at the 1 st grade in I girls` high school that the players belong to in case of general students, by executing the preliminary examination per each group centering around Seoul, Inchon and Kyounggi area, after establishing the male and female players of even of ball game at the high schools which are being registered in the match group affiliated with Korean Amateur Athletic Association as of 1994 as the population. `Thus, total 300 persons were made as the subject, in this study. As for the instrument used for examine the effect that the period of camp traning have on the sociability of players closely in this study, 150 question items which correspond to 5 factors such as activity nature, stability, Dominance, sociability, and autonomy which are the factors being used in the sociability measurement generally are used, out of the standardized paper for humanity examination that the appropriate degree and reliability were verified by Jung Bum Mo and Lee Jong Seung as the questionnaires. The statistical analytical techniques used for data analysis in this study are multiple classification analysis. As the result to having been verified the effect that the period of camp training have on the sociability of players through above study method and procedure, following conclusion could be led. First, to examine the difference of sociability between general students and players, players showed the high grade at 4 factors such as activity nature, stability, Dominance and autonomy except sociability, and they are showing the significant difference statistically at all the factors. Second, to examine the effect that the period of camp traning has on the sociability of players, the group which is executing the camp traning for short term is showing the high grade at 4 factors such as activity nature, stability, Dominance and autonomy except sociability factor. But, there was no statistically significant difference at the factor of rule nature.
