Recently social media such as Twitter, Facebook is much concerned with a political influence but academic studies on the media are less systemic and in-depth. Because a political communication in the social media sphere is considered with a normative and motivative goal, it is not enough to understand the characteristic of social media space as public sphere. This study focus on the quality of social media sphere as political media and personal communication space. Especially this study puts emphasis on the deliberative communication from the perspective of social media communication. Results are as follow. First, it is founded a meaningful relationship between the concept network homogeneity and traditional variables. Second, respondents who have taken much part in various political actions, have tendency to build much higher network homogeneity. Third, a network homogeneity and communicative deliberation is meaningful variables in the prediction of political behavior in the regression model.
