In this study, I wish to investigate laying stress on example that collected the value-added tax additionally about imported goods acting for government. And this study analyzes decision contents of the case example that proposed in the latest headquarters customhouse. Specially, this study analyzes exemption system of current customs law, so that I achieve this study purpose on the basis of korea's current customs law.
And this study concretely analyzes problems of business processing concretely in decision such as it, focused on the person concerned(consignor and the taxation authorities). At the same time, I wish to present registration point that this event gives in party connected with this event and improvement plan that should be supplemented systematically concretely.
